Clashes of steel,

As two blades meet,

A rush of blood,

As metal cuts flesh,

Dripping,

Flowing,

Blood flows, never ending,

Life is forsaken,

As more bloodshed is wrought,

How long does it take to die?

At the edge of the sword,

The heart beats faster,

At the edge of a blade,

Are decisions made,

As the heart and the sword become one,

Everything becomes simple,

To the one with the hilt,

Fight,

Kill,

That hold any meaning.
