YS: Hey. Sorry for not updating sooner. I’m probably losing all my reviewers. Ahaha, sorry. I really didn’t know how to progress the story. But this suddenly struck me one night and I was like, sure. I like this chapter. I’d nearly finished it when my computer went haywire on my and I’d lost all my saved material. So… I had to start off from scratch. Sorry for taking so long!

Spending time doing nothing turned out to be one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. River was somewhat entertaining throughout the day, constantly trying to get back on ‘normal’ terms with me. He brought me to a place called the Red Rose, where we had lunch. Needless to say, we were the object of many strange stares in the restaurants, where many, many couples sat whispering sweet nothings to each other. I was thoroughly embarrassed, and wasted no time in telling him so. Being who he is, River simply laughed and pinched my butt. Figures.

Next up was the arcade. What better than a broken down building filled with noisy, brainless teenagers staring into the screens of large hunks of metal, trying to impress what little audience they had. This place was Pluto to me, but of course, River fitted right in. Then he showed me ‘the best thing ever’. Something called DDR . It’s really promising to see the future presidents and governors of our country jump up and down to head throbbing music, trying to mimic the dancing movements of figures on the screen. When I see something like this, I just know our country will be in good hands.

After much pulls and pushes, I finally got him out of there. Having nothing else to do at four o’ clock in the afternoon, we went to the mall. Yes, the mall. He dragged me through store after store, pointing at random things like a child. That was when he saw it. A small white bear sitting in the window of a small gift shop in the corner of the mall. It was ‘the cutest thing’ he’d ever seen. It had big, blue, soulful eyes and a small pink bow tied at the neck. I guess it was alright. River pulled me to the cash register and loudly announced that he’d by it for me. My face turned an interesting shade of red as the cash register girl giggled. I just stared dumbly at the bear, focusing on how soft it’s fur was. Okay, so maybe I liked it a little. The whole ordeal was embarrassing but… I’m kind of happy. Kind of.

But of course, the best was to come! The best part about going to the mall: trying on clothes.

“Please?”

“No.”

“Pretty please?”

“…No.”

“Pretty please with cherries on top?” River pleaded, his lower lip trembling dramatically. He was holding on to a swimsuit. A Speedo to be exact. “I’ll give you another hand job!”

“Wha-No!” I clamped my hand over his mouth, horrified. People were starting to stare. Doesn’t he care if people found out we were gay? Wait, not we. He. If they found out he was gay. Not me. I’m not. He is. I-

“Aw come on Leo!” He pulled me towards the change rooms, still gripping the Speedo. Now people were really starting to stare. Some people glared at me and shook their heads in disapproval. A faint blush crept up my neck as I stared at the ground, trying to avoid eye contact. I followed him silently to avoid a fuss.

Once out of the sight of the other customers, I snarled at him. “I am not coming on! You just want to see me in that cause you a fucking pervert!”

River frowned. “No, I just want to see if the material is really as stretchy as they say.”

I gaped. “Then why don’t you try it on yourself?” I huffed angrily.

River sighed and rolled his eyes dramatically like I’d just asked a very obvious question. “Because I’d rather see it on you, duh.” He held out the Speedo with the tip of his finger and grinned. “Now, if you don’t mind?”

I searched for an escape route but unfortunately, the big bastard was blocking the exit. I was cornered into a small change room and he was in the door way. Seeing no other way out, I caved. I snatched the swimsuit from him and growled, “I do mind!” I stared at him suspiciously at him. “You… you won’t do anything?”

His eyes widened innocently. He raised a hand. “I promise I won’t do anything.”

I sighed and nodded. “Fine.” I shut the door and leaned against it, wondering how I’d got myself into this. With a sigh, I began to undress. Pulling the Speedo on, I grimaced at the feeling. I can tell you this. I’m never wearing this in public. The dark blue material stretched over my natural bulge, extending to my backside and giving me a wedgie. I felt naked. Maybe partially because I was naked. The stupid blue spandex don’t even count as clothing.

“Are you done yet? I want to see!” River called impatiently behind the door. He rattled the doorknob just to further prove that he was an impatient retard.

“I’m not going out there like this! You’re going to have to come in to see.” I called, my every word dripping with annoyance. I wasn’t going to let everybody see my wounds.

“Even better,” he said happily as I reluctantly unlocked the door. He bounced in and promptly locked it behind him. A sliver of regret snaked into my stomach as his eyes shot straight to my groin.

He bent down on his knee so my crotch was eye level with him. He began to examine it, face contorted with concentration. “Hmm…” he murmured, tilting his head. He looked at it from the left and right, with an occasional ‘hmm’. His face was just inches away, way to close for comfort. The thin fabric did nothing to hide me from his breathing. It caressed my groin, making it twitch. My face was tomato when he looked up and grinned at me.

All of a sudden, he brushed his thumb pad over my bulge, rubbing it gently. I yelped and jumped back, my head hitting the wall. I backed up against the wall as far away from his as I could.

“Wh-What the fuck?!” I nearly screamed. I could feel myself growing hard. And in public too… River stood up and walked towards me, his eyes locked with mine. He pressed his chest against mine. I could feel a small bulge in his pants too. “H-Hey. You promised…” I murmured, pushing him away. His eyes glazed over as he pulled me into a fierce kiss. I squirmed under his hold, responding all the same.

Finally, pulling away, I panted as he rubbed his erection over my own. I bit my lip to keep from groaning, giving up on resisting. I rest my head against his shoulder as we ground our hips together. I could feel it coming. Like a tidal wave, it hit me as I came for the second time that day. River came not soon after. I shivered slightly, both from the cold and the intense climax. I clenched my hands onto his shirt. We stayed still for a while, trying to calm our laboured breathing.

River pulled away from me, his face flushed. “Er… sorry…I-that wasn’t what I planned to do…” he muttered. He flinched as I glared at him, suddenly feeling a lack of body heat.

“Yeah, right.” I retorted. He looked at the floor, a small guilty expression plastered over his face. Oh man. Not that look. I sighed, bending to grab my clothes. “Well are you going to leave or am I changing in front of you?”

River’s head snapped up and he seemed to consider watching before my glare forced him out the door. I sighed again, pulling the Speedo down. The insides were covered with… stuff. Great, I thought. Can’t return this to the shelf. Pulling on my clothes, I stepped out of the change room. River was no where to be seen. Great. Just fucking great. I looked down at my Speedo. Well. What am I supposed to do about this? I tucked it under my shirt and made my way to the bathroom. Maybe I could wash it off seeing as how I had no money to buy it.

After scrubbing for what seemed like an hour, I sighed and wrung the water out of the swimsuit. I washed the stuff out. Now how was I supposed to dry this? I spotted a hand dryer in the far corner. Well, I got nothing else. It wasn’t as if I could return this to the shelf wet. I stood there for another hour or so drying the damn thing. I’m gonna kill him. After slipping the dry Speedo back on the shelf, I silently apologized to the next person who’d purchase that product, or even touch that product, for that matter.

To my surprise, River sat on a bench near the entrance of the mall, head bowed. His hair blue in the wind, his eyes downcast. I sighed. I seemed to be doing that lot lately. He looked like a kicked puppy. I made my way to him, a small frown creasing my face. I nudged his foot with my own. He didn’t look up. For some reason, this pissed me off even more. I kicked him in the shin, making him yelp in surprise. He glared at me, muttering under his breath.

“Stop looking so damn guilty,” I said. “It’s pissing me off.” Why, I wasn’t really sure. Maybe I didn’t like the fact that he could feel guilty. I crossed my arms and tried my best to glare at him without too much anger.

“I’m sorry,” he said softly. He pulled me into a hug. “I really didn’t mean to break my promise.” He nuzzled his face in the crook of my neck.

“H-Hey,” I said, embarrassed. I tried to push him off but to no avail. “Stop it. It’s not like I’ve never had a promise broken to me before,” I muttered. He looked at me with something akin to sadness.

“Yeah,” he murmured.

I tipped his chin a little. “I returned it.”

His eyes widened. “You returned it? After… after all that?”

I scowled. “Of course. Well, I washed it. I didn’t have any money and you ran off, remember?” I said, flicking his forehead. A small smirk played at my lips. “So, how’s your underwear right now? Soggy? Clingy? Or just plain gross?”

He grimaced. “All of the above.” He pulled me closer and whispered into my ear, “You want to help me clean it?” His tongue darted out and traced my ear.

I yelped and jumped away. “You-”

River laughed, causing a few people to stare. I scowled, rubbing my ear furiously with my hand. He threw something at me, catching me off guard. The small white bear sat in my hands, big blue eyes staring up at me. I smiled. I felt lighter than air.

The sudden ringing of the clock brought me crashing down to earth from my few moments of bliss. It was seven o’clock. The day was over. I glanced at River. He seemed unaware. He walked in front of me, whistling. I tried not to think about it. I tried not to let the dread ruin my happy moment. I tried not to think about him.

I tried… and I failed.

YS: Well? Sorta short. Sorry folks!
