Temporary Author’s Note:

Hi all. If you’ve read this far, congratulations. If you’ve been with me since at least October, you’ll also notice that I haven’t updated in ages. I wish to apologize sincerely for this and explain why:

Firstly, I am a junior in high school. This means that I am getting dumped with unbelievable amounts of work and my free time has been severely cut into. This is augmented by the number of AP classes I am taking.

Also, I am working on several other things at the moment. One story I am actually writing for an independent study so it takes priority: I haven’t posted it yet but there are two little accompaniment pieces, Fai and Hawk-Eyed Girl, that are up. Just for the heck of it. That and some other projects are taking up a lot of time.

I have a harp concert coming up shortly and have to practice for it. Also, as I do have several hours of lessons for violin and fiddle every weekend, it eats time.

Research papers. I blame them all.

Due to developing possible symptoms of carpal tunnel, I am trying to type less… which makes cranking out a 4 page, single-spaced chapter not so easy.

I haven’t planned out the story very well at this part, either. So, I’m having a hard time writing this part  Actually, to tell the truth, I am not very fond of this story despite the reviews (thanks for the fuzzy feelings, though, everyone!  ). I never intended it to be a masterpiece- my inspiration was more from webcomics- written in installments, several story arcs… It just didn’t turn out to be very cohesive or good. The stuff I’ve done more recently is better and I prefer writing it. I am also feeling the same way with a lot of earlier stuff (if you haven’t read it, don’t!).

So, all that being said, it may be a while before I finish this but I’ll be posting other stuff at some point in the future. Hang with me. You’re all awesome…
