Tire Swings

Chubby cheeks, button nose
Rapid heartbeats, and no one knows.
Cover your ears and close your eyes,
In your mind you hold a big surprise.
Cotton candy and teddy bears,
And a world where everyone cares.
Lollipops and sugarcanes,
Here to take away your mental pains.
Bouncing balls and tire swings,
As screaming starts, Your voice sings
Lullabyes and nursery rhymes.
You hear crying, you've heard it a thousand times.
Your chest hurts, you curl up into a ball,
Shedding a tear, for your mothers final fall.
