Together with the Dragon

A Dragon’s flight,

Through the bright, star-lit night.

Thy ride the winds?

Or be simply my dreams?

Finding fondness in those fiery eyes,

True, with you there were no lies.

And like light and shadows, we united,

Then the two of us departed.

You fought by fang and claw,

And unleashed thy fearsome roar.

I whirled the blade and shield,

And laid a legend to be real.

But even when the morning brings...

Us back down to these Earthly things.

Once again our time will come,

To ride again those wings of steel.
