Deceived

Those bright eyes
they pierce my heart
make me want to curl
hide forever...

Your soft voice
makes me wince
the sound of an angel
from heaven

The touch of your hand
surprises me
sends shivers down my spine
so unreal...

A moment of silence.
'What is this?'
'Hush now.'

The knife in your hands
it pierces my body
makes me wince
surprises me...

And your fingers
are holding steel
the pain I feel
is real

The blood now
gushes down.
I can see it
crimson red

I fall down
feel my body ache
fighting for survival...
mustn't sleep...

And as I close my eyes
Those eyes laugh at me
Your voice destroys my ears
Your hand is dyed red

"Hush now..."
