Death By Others

It's been a pathetic existence
That was what the boy said
Discouraged with everything
He stared at the sharp blade
Thinking of all that was wrong
He decided it was enough
He came down for the kill
When he remembered the girl's bluff
She acted like she didn't care
Lied to her all her friends
So her true feelings remain a secret
So she wouldn't be caught with red hands
The boy wasn't good enough
That was what the other girls thought
Now he decided about that girl
That if she feels guilty, well tough

Again the boy raised the blade
Tired of all the life's hurt
He didn't want another
But then other memories came with a start
His family was there
In his mind residing
But why should he care
They always end up fighting
Never paid attention to him
He was just a lost case
Now they will feel remorse
When they see his emotionless face
If they feel guilty, well tough

The boy laughed at his situation
With his eyes on the death tool
He decided that what he was doing
He wasn't going to call himself a fool
In a life that had no headway
What is the use of living?
When everything hurts
This boy decided to make his own ending
Looking at the blade
He made his decision
His life was worthless to others
So his first cut will be with precision
The blade went across the boy's arm
And the boy let out a groan and stared
Watching the blood drip to the floor
He started to get scared
Flashes of memories swept through
As he slumped to the ground
He looked at the bloody blade
And gave a dying frown
Now he feels guilty, well tough.
