On Monday I stumbled and fell into a hole
While I was falling I sprained my soul
On a way down someone grabbed on to me
And what happen next I could not see

Tuesday morning, woke up from the cold
Tied up in knots, under unkown control
I felt so ashamed; I bared it all for them
They laughed and opened to see
What's inside of me

Wednesday, kept running, but got stuck in time
I have been made guilty of being alive
Didn't know what was expected of me
So I bowed down, standing on my knees

On Thursday I was aware
That nobody cares
And maybe I overreacted
But I felt distracted
And I snapped

Friday finally came
But it all stayed the same
The taste of this day
Kept me awake
Waiting for an end
Or something better to come
And if not
What could I've done?

So there I stood watching the days go by
I lived through this week but I had a lot to defy
I was molded by rain
Sculptured then broken down again
And it's been drilled into my head
Every word that's been said
Coz my lights are now faded
And my eyes are so jaded today
