I can see your eyes behind a crystal sheet of glass.
Wondering what time the hours are going to pass.
The face you hide draws shadows from the dead,
In the sun, your hair shines loops of blazing red.
A single tear, drops slowly from your fragile jaw.
I could not understand your suffering, your fear,
Of what you truly saw.
The life that you have gazed upon and are gazing upon still,
Is so different from the freedom that they are intent to kill.
The fighting and the anguish that is thrust upon the land,
Is murdering the innocent, pouring blood into the sand.
When will we stop the dieing, and the screaming and the pain?
If we can't see the torment, what the hell we gonna gain?
