Giants
These giants are merciless
Stomping around the world as if they owned it.

They crush our homes,
Or plague us when they please.

Pleasure through destruction,
It’s simply hard to believe.

We work all day, building our homes,
Only to face more destruction, no other fate known.

It rains and thunders, all through the night,
Washing our home, out of sight.

The giants rejoice with our race apparently extinct,
But the eggs we lay, did they forget to think?
