There is a Ghost in my mirror
Haunting me back,
To who I once was,
Trying to lure me back to that life,
Life without hope,
Life without love.
But now, my life is full
Too full for hate,
Too full for darkness.
My Ghost,
Unsuccessful in her plan,
But still eager,
Showing me images -
Of that girl once looking into the same mirror,
Asking herself "why."
My Ghost,
Shows me my flaws,
That I once thought only death could solve.
But one day,
She will disappear.
