With my lovable rats I've shared my life
And they have not brought about any strife.
I only wish that rats could be widespread.

My rats live happily in a big cage
They make great pets; doesn't matter what age.
They like to sit on my shoulders and head.

My rats enjoy playing fun games with me
And while I'm watching, they run around free.
If one got lost, it would fill me with dread.

In my opinion, rats are the best pet.
They defiantly pass a dog that's wet.
I will for sure weep when one is *sob* dead.
