maybe when forever is true

and forever is real

we will continue to dream

as we continue to wish on stars

and search for comets

that bear wishes

some might come true

but then you will realize

that it is the same

as wishing on a penny

thrown in to a well

they are just

ordinary things

that hold wonders

because we believe in them
