Remember the way we have killed for war?
Soldiers are not the only ones to be murdered -
Mothers, children -
Silent and innocent voices we will never hear again.
Families destroyed -
For what?
Politics, the Economy,
Blood shed - shown all over the news,
We have no way to hide.
How can we take a life,
For nothing - but the pride of politicians.
Power, the main destroyer,
You can see their aspirations in their eyes.
Do they remember -
What happened to soldiers?
Their wives, their children,
The ones we kill,
We won't remember their future.
