for what it is,
not what you want it to be
Feeling the faults,
and mistakes around you
to guide you into the future
Hearing what truly is,
and not pretending
to hear what you want to
Tasting the treats
and dangers of this world, as it is
Smelling the proud
and shameful
things of the land
and of the people
Being what you want to
Being yourself
And showing this place what it should be
and what it could be
Now that's reality to me.
