Hey. This is a new story I thought of after watching too much Anime in one week. (That is why you will notice all the Anime references in it.) I'll get back to my other stories later but I wanted to get to something that wasn't as serious as everything else I've written recently. Chazbone wrote a funny Paladin story. (Chazbone this is for you.)

So here I go trying to get back into comedy. Let me just say that I probably don't own some stuff in this story because it's copied from other places. So if you see something that was similar somewhere else, they probably thought of it before hand. I'm not making any money from this so DON'T TRY AND SUE ME!!!

This story will be separated into "saga's" or trilogy-like story lines. This first sage will be called...

*The Werewolf Hunter Saga.*

Chapter 1: RedLady and the Paladin from Erusia

Two figures were alone in the forest that night. One was a male who wore dark samurai clothes with a katana to his side. Not a sound emanated from his feet which touched the ground with the grace of a cat. He was walking on a path that rose up to a hill. Unbeknownst to him, a girl was watching him at the top of the hill hiding her laughter.

"Hee hee hee. He won't be able to get away this time..." She snickered holding a rope that was attached to a tree, that was attached to a cage, which hung above the path. "Then I will have finally captured the great DARKSHIN!!" She vowed rubbing her hands together.

Then realizing that she had let go of the rope (0_o),she ran over to the cage with her hands in the air as if to stop the cage from falling.

"No, No, No!" She yelled at the falling cage waving her hands at it. Unfortunately, the cage fell right over the girl and she was trapped inside.

"Doh!" She said hitting the bars with her fist. -_-

Just then the same dark clothed samurai came up to the path to see the girl tapped in her own cage...

"RedLady?" He asked at first confused. (?_?)

"Hi Darkshin!" She answered holding her hands around the bars and pressing her face forward in excitement. She seemed to totally forget about being caged for a moment. He leaned back on his heels as if quite proud of himself.

"What did you do this time Red?" He asked. "Did you insult someone? Of did you go up against a group of bandits all by yourself?"

"What?" She said cluelessly. "Bandits?" Then she smiled thinking of what it would be like to be saved by Darkshin. "Help me Darkshin!" She said desperately reaching through the bars. He stayed out of reach.

"What happened?" He demanded under the moon light.

"I was caught unaware..." She said looking around. "In this trap..."

Meanwhile, a Paladin came up this same path and saw what looked like an evil samurai gloating over a poor maiden trapped within a cage. It was dark, so this mistake was actually understandable.

"Capturing poor Maidens! This is truly a sin for reckoning!" He drew his long sword and ran towards the samurai. "You shall pay for your crime. Fight me Evil One!"

The samurai simply stepped quickly to the side not even brandishing his sword. The Paladin side stepped and swung his sword towards the man's torso. The samurai dodged easily.

"This one's good." The Paladin thought. "He avoids my blows as if he isn't even trying..." This only fueled his strength and he lashed out more quickly at the samurai.

"What?" The girl known as RedLady watched from the cage as the stranger attacked Darkshin.

The Paladin stepped back after swiping at the samurai for some time. The girl in the cage reached for his leg and held him back.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!?" She yelled at him.

"Huh?" He said turning toward the seemingly ungrateful maiden in despair. She looked rather angry as her eyes were slanted and a vein was popping out on her forehead.

"I'm saving you, Madam." He answered rather confused.

"YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO SAVE ME! HE IS!!" She said pointing over to Darkshin.

"But..."

Darkshin smiled looking down in amusement. "I'll see you around, RedLady." And with that he turned and continued walking down the path.

"WHAT!?!?" She yelled after the samurai. "YOU COME BACK HERE DARKSHIN! YOU HAVE TO SAVE ME!" She said having a temper tantrum in the cage. "And then what could a girl like me do to reward her savior." She said dreamily as hearts formed in her eyes.

The Paladin was forced to look back and forth between the leaving samurai and the strange maiden in the cage. Then remembering his duty as a Paladin he rose his sword.

"Come back here samurai! Let us finish this fight once and for all!" As he made his way toward the samurai, he was immediately pulled back by the girl in the cage.

"And just where are you going?" She asked. "You can't fight him! He'll beat you for sure."

"Excuse me, ma'am?"

"Come on!" She said bragging. "That's Darkshin the greatest dark master there is. No one can beat him! He's practically unbeatable." She spoke as if she were speaking about herself, but the Paladin didn't seem to notice.

"I'll have you know that I am almost a full-fledged Paladin from the Church of the Right Hand in Erusia, the fifth church of U'Riel."

"That's all very nice and all." RedLady said not all that interested. "But this is DARKSHIN we are talking about."

"I shall prove that surely I, an experienced Paladin, can beat him." He said again trying to go after the samurai. Again he was pulled back.

"Before you do anything..." The girl calmly said. "CAN YOU GET ME OUT OF HERE!!?!?!?"

"Oh right." The Paladin said thinking that it might be best to make sure the captured maiden was safe before finishing off the bad guy. He easily put his hand under the bottom of the cage and lifted it up expecting to to be heavier than it was. Instead it easily toppled over as if made from chicken wire. And the maiden inside, well she toppled over with it.

"Um... opps..." The Paladin said when he realized what he had done. The lady was quick to be at his side only the whites of her eyes showing.

"YOU COULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL!!!" She yelled at him.

"I'm sorry Madam." He said bowing before the tussled lady quickly.

She looked at him surprised that he had bowed as she was not used to such behavior. "Huh? Well... uh, don't let it happen again..." She mumbled.

And with the she began walking down the road towards the direction the samurai had traveled. The Paladin quickly followed.

"Um... where are you going anyway?" The Paladin said following behind the fast paced maiden.

"Um... I don't know. You made me loose sight of Darkshin. There is no way I'll be able to find him now. I guess I'll just keep walking in this direction..." She said pointing down the path.

"Um... well. You see I just happen to be traveling in that direction too. And it wouldn't be proper for a lady to travel alone."

"What?" RedLady said stopping. "What do you mean by that?" She said seemingly getting ticked off.

"It's just that... uh. What if something happened, like you get caught in a cage again?"

"I can take care of myself, thank you." She said continuing on her way.

"How did you get caught in that cage anyway?" The Paladin asked.

"I didn't mean to..." She said avoiding the question. "Besides I was trying to capture Darkshin in it."

"You where?" He asked confused. "But why?"

She shrugged. "I don't know. Because then I would have him all to myself and he would have no where to go! MWAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!" She said in a low maniacal type voice.

He stopped to think about that for a moment and then ran to catch up with the lady.

"I am Charles de Mann, (but you can call me Chazbone.) and I will accompany you on you journey."

"But you don't even know where I am going!" She shot back.

He shrugged. "No matter, it is a Paladin's duty to protect a lady from harm. It would go against my code of ethics to let you travel alone."

"It's not like I've never done it before..." She said lowly.

"I am a soon to be Paladin!" He declared. "I must not slack on my duty if I am to be a full-fledge Paladin."

"Whatever. For a chivalrous Paladin you haven't exactly been polite."

"What do you mean?" He said confused.

"You haven't even asked me my name."

"You're right!" He said hitting himself in the forehead. "Stupid, stupid, stupid!" He mumbled to himself. "I knew I had forgotten something." He rummaged through his bags and pulled out what looked like a thick but worn book. RedLady stopped to watch. "Let's see..." He said flipping the pages. "Saving damsels in distress, chapter 5."

"What is that?" RedLady said sarcastically. Then she read the title which was, 'Paladin's Guide for Dummies...' "YOU MEAN THEY HAVE A BOOK ON PALADINS!!?!?!" RedLady yelled. "AND THEY HAVE A WHOLE CHAPTER ON DAMSELS IN DISTRESS!?!?!" She yelled angrily. "I'M NOT A DAMSEL IN DISTRESS!!! I TOLD YOU I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF!!!"

Chazbone meanwhile had ignored her and was currently reading the book, "Hmm... make sure the girl is safe from harm and then go fight the villain. What? It doesn't say anything about asking for the girl's name!" He said slamming the book closed.

RedLady looked at him angrily.

There was an awkward silence. RedLady broke the silence.

"Aren't you gonna ask me my name?" She said behind clenched teeth.

"What?"

"Ask me my name." She said almost happily.

"Um... what's your name?" He said slowly.

"I am RedLady! Professional Demon Killer!" She said putting her two fingers forwards in a V shape as light shone from behind her.

"RedLady? Professional Demon Killer?" He asked confused.

"Yes! Gotta problem with that?" She said.

"Um... no." He paused. "But your name is RedLady?"

"Yeah, so?" She said.

"It's uh... an unusual name." He said.

"ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF MY GOD GIVEN NAME MY PARENTS GAVE ME!?!?"

Chazbone scratched his head trying to make sense of the girl. "Well is it like a nickname or something? Like Chazbone..."

Her eye twitched. "No..."

"And you kill demons professionally?" He said changing the subject but looking over the scrawny girl skeptically.

"Yep!" She said smiling. ^_^

"With this!" She said a huge bazooka suddenly appearing on her shoulder and pointing in the Paladin's face. Then as quickly as it appeared, it had disappeared again.

"What? Conjuring up items from no where?" Chazbone said suspiciously.

"Oh that?" She said shrugging. "I have lots more weapons and where that came from." She said a huge sword appearing in her hand. She swung it around and then made it disappear again. "I also have lots of amulets that I made. You can buy one for 50 denari each." She said waving her hand. But instead of a necklace appearing in her hand, some girly underwear appeared instead.

"Oops... wrong thing..." She said blushing and quickly made it disappear. And in it's place was a necklace with a stone on the end.

"Sorceress!" The Paladin said drawing his sword.

"Huh?" She said surprised to be staring at the point of his sword.

"My teachers warned me of you... Beautiful young maidens who get men to trust them and then enslave them to be mindless zombies under their control with no will or freedom and just a blank mind doomed to live out the rest of their days as a slave till the maiden should tire of them and curse them so that their soul is forced to wander the earth without any purpose or meaning!" He said pointing his sword at her.

"You silly..." She said surprisingly calm. "I'm not a sorceress..." She said pushing his blade down away from her face. "I simply store everything in my magical bag." She said pointing to the bag on the back of her back. "This baby can store tons of stuff! I don't even have to stop in a town as much anymore. I have everything I need, right here!" She said smiling cutely. ^_^

"So you aren't trying to enslave me?" Chazbone said innocently.

"No!" She said smiling. "The only person I would want to enslave is probably Darkshin..." She said mischievously. "Rub suntan lotion on my back, Darkshin... Drop those grapes into my mouth, Darkshin... I'd like that shaken, not stirred, Darkshin!" She giggled girlishly.

"Um... what is it about that Darkshin guy?" He asked. "Do you like him or something?"

She gave him a dark look. "No!" She argued. "He's mean! Always leaves a little girl like me to fend for herself all alone in the wilderness..." She said in mock sorrow.

"But you just said you could take care of yourself..."

"Well... HE CAN AT LEAST OFFER TO WALK ME TO THE NEXT TOWN! But no, he has to go save the world and stuff..."

"Huh?" Chazbone asked.

"Never mind." RedLady said. "Let's just go..."

"Where are we going anyway?" Chazbone asked.

"I don't know. I know! Let's kill some demons!"

"Um... demons?" He asked getting nervous.

"Yep! It's about time that this lady goes on another adventure!" She said again holding her hand forward in a V shape.

'What have I gotten myself into?' Chazbone thought to himself as he grimly followed the interesting maiden to wherever she was going...
