Thank You:

Well, that's it. I am really sorry about the first part of my essay, that didn't seem to make much sense now that I've re-read it a whole lot of times. However, I would really like to thank Chocoholic and CommandoCody for making things a lot clearer for me.

Rosepetal1077: I would like to apologise to you in particular, because you had reviewed the first chapter, but in between the times when I had posted the second part and when the second part was available (I think). So first of all, I did not mean to be close-minded, I like to think I am open to all ideas. However, I was overly passionate when I wrote my essay. You make some very good points. I don't think I mentioned God in my essay - if I did I apologise I didn't mean to make it a Religion vs. Science thing at all - and so I will not comment on your statement that we are all equal and that God created the slime and plants (in the [hypothetical] situation in which God creates us as well.). However, I must agree that the plants in my backyard are also beautiful, and I should also be honoured to have a connection with them. I'm afraid that I did come off as overly cynical and close-minded in my essay, and I really didn't mean it as a bad thing that we were related to plants. After all, a lot of animals and plants are really amazing, and, in my opinion, a lot cooler than humans. It would be great if you just pretended that I hadn't written any of that. I really don't have any problem with evolution. Which I said in the second part. but still. Thanks for your input.

Chocoholic: Yes, your explanation made sense to me. As a matter of fact, the red-shift evidence does make sense, doesn't it? But since my original point was to state the unfairness of my science class, I won't argue with it. I am grateful for your explanation, however, and hope that you didn't fail your GCSE.

CommandoCody: I'm afraid that no one had mentioned leftover radiation or behaviour of galaxies to me. I really shouldn't be surprised, since we spent most of our time on chemistry anyways. Thanks for taking the time to explain it to me. And since I'm not arguing the plausibility of the Big Bang theory, I will leave it at that - thanks for the explanation.

Ozone: I'm sorry, but I'm not thanking you. I hate to tell you this, but I was not arguing against evolution. However, I must say I appreciate you telling me that there IS evidence, but you don't remember the exact details. Then you proceeded to say, "could you please check your facts before you post? mistakes make you look like an idiot." Well. I generally don't accuse people of hypocrisy, but I'm afraid you fit the description. Is the entire do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do thing popular where you come from, or are you simply in the habit of handing out advice that you don't follow? If you wanted to prove a point, you didn't. I'm afraid that your review was fairly confusing to me. Commenting that I have made mistakes that make me look like an idiot was fairly rude, but as I am not the epitome of courtesy and respect, I really don't mind. However, it would have been very helpful to me - and to making your point - if you had clearly stated what you considered to be the mistakes I made or facts that I had messed up. Also, it probably wouldn't have taken too long for you to do a little research yourself before you decided to reply to my post.

Although I respect your opinion and appreciate your taking the time to give me your input, I would have appreciated it more if you had also taken to time to give full, concise answers instead of doing as I was complaining about, and insisting that a theory is true and I should accept it without giving me any evidence or proof. Considering that was the very thing I wrote the second part of my essay about, I would think that if you had read the second part you would understand that. Obviously, I didn't make myself clear enough.

PS: A little punctuation can go a long way. There are other forms of punctuation than the period: for example - there is a comma, colon: semi- colon; hyphen - and you must never forget the importance of Capital Letters.

Sincerely, Nayanya
