Once upon a time I had a car
A car without a safety bar
I was riding in it with my preacher one day
And my preacher fell out and started to pray!
(chorus)
hey diddy go diddy dee diddy dee
I wish my preacher didn't slip
Hey diddy stop diddy dee diddy dee
I don't think I'll go on another road trip
Once upon a time I had a plane
A plane without a safety drain
I was riding in it with my donkey one day
And my donkey fell out and started to bray!
(chorus)
hey diddy go diddy dee diddy dee
I wished my donkey didn't slip
Hey diddy stop diddy dee diddy dee
I don't think I'll go on another road trip

Once upon a time I had a boat
A boat without a safety float
I was riding in it with my pony one day
And my pony fell out and started to neigh!
(chorus)
hey diddy go diddy dee diddy dee
I wish my pony didn't slip
Hey diddy stop diddy dee diddy dee
I REALLY won't go on another road trip
So hey diddy oh
And ho diddy oy
I end this song with words of joy
I loved my pony and my pony loved me
So BRING ME ANOTHER as fast as can be!
WHEEEEE!!!
