I wrote this while I was being an insomniac last night. It's from the point of view of a vampire's victim, I think, you'll have to ask my muse, if you find him. Brogan seems to have wandered off somewhere.

The Victim

Lost stars
in an eternity of dark,
shining cold and clear
as, looking at them,
my pleasure turns to pain.

Blood moon
in a sea of night,
the rage of heaven
burning down on me
as my life drains away.

Dark sun
in a mire of sky,
dead and obsolete, glaring
into my blank eyes
while I lay here.

Lost stars
in an eternity of dark
shining cold and clear,
as I arise again
my pain turns to pleasure

as the
dance goes on, goes on,
goes on for evermore,
the beginning and the
end, infinity in an instant.
