Lost Hope

Left all alone,
There's nobody home.
I lay in my bed.
Close my eyes,
Rest my head.
No one to see me.
No one to hear me.
I lay there crying,
All my hope dying.
I look up at the light,
And gasp at the sight,
Of my last hope,
Forever lost in the night.
