"Awaken once more"
Said the voice at the door
Returned from slumber
Roaring like thunder
Grendel stood up
Picked up his blade
Drunked from the used cup
Went to his bloody trade
Swiftly moving into darkness
Like serpent seeking the catch
Avoiding light causing blindness
Signing obituaries with a dash
There is no stopping
There is no begging
This fiend needs mutilation
Like the desert needs water
Follows his own divination
Taking the knife as his daughter
The flames run high
The fear runs deep
Suddenly a dying cry
Another prey for his keep.
