First I want to thank all my lovely reviewers who reviewed all my past
stories and poems, especially Jacqueline's Story. CoolBeans, I tried making
the diary entry at the beginning and the ones she got from the spell appear
in italics, but that didn't work. Sorry the one at the beginning wasn't
more obvious.
I also owe a huge thank you to my beta readers, disco biscuit and
Joannawrites, both of whom everyone reading this should look up right away,
and my friend Sarah. Thanks to all of you for giving me advice on this,
especially with choosing a title.
The other two titles I didn't pick were Let Me Not Forget My Dreams and
Living Dreams.

Lay me on a bed of cloud
Let the sun stretch over me
Let me rest and let me float
Let me dream and let me be

Wait with me above the world
Bring the white birds to my home
Make my bed with satin sheets
In the sky is where I roam

I look down and see the clouds
Drifting over azure lakes
What they see when they look up
Mirrors what my own view takes.

Sun and moon who laugh and hug
Send me smiles and silver winks
Rub my feet and kiss my face
Comfort me and let me think

Lift me on your fabled wings
Boost me into outer space
Love me and let me love back
Free me from the Earth's embrace

Shoot me high and catch me, stars
Let me feel your endless light
You will dance when I arrive
Flit and blink throughout the night

Close my eyes and free my thoughts
Let my mind and spirits soar
Do not put me back on land
Hold me here and give me more

Let me grasp the Milky Way
Let me hold her in my hand
Let the cosmos orbit me
Let my fantasy expand

Drop me down through twinkling stars
Through the sky and through the clouds
Through the flocks of white-winged birds
Down to the demanding crowds

Wake me up and make me see
Shove me from Aurora's beams
But, I beg you, love me still
Let me not forget my dreams.
