Black Sea

On every continent of Earth,
There is a menacing black sea.
This sea has waves and tides,
Yet these simple movements change more than the surface of the water.

This sea corrupts everything is touches,
Hearts, minds, and souls are lost to it everyday.
This is the sea of humanity,
Nothing is untouched by it's dark, corrupted waters.

I wanted to make this poem as simple and to the point as possible. I hope I didn't offend anyone with my opinions and if I did I apologize. Please let me know what you think by reviewing. ~Frozen Midnight~
