still simply clear and clean in heart,
not seeing but not truly blind,
sweet aura soon to fall apart.

pure
beauty
innocent
sheer perfection
immaculate soul

the growing lamb strays from its youth,
away from meadows safe and green,
its eyes unveiled to worldly “truth,”
aesthetic sights before unseen.

plagued
exposed
infected
deeply fallen
under influence

no more secure and free from harm,
the lamb learns fear and hatred black,
the evil of deceiving charm,
meet pain and death, no turning back.

stained
defiled
poisoned heart
now corrupted
forever tainted
