Here lies Someone, deep below,
beneath the rocks and earth
he sleeps in perfect silence,
free from mortal fear or mirth.
His rest remains unbroken.
May the quiet never cease.
For no one but the deepest dead
can truly know of peace.
Here lies Someone, underground
quite far from sun and moon,
but nothing lasts forever,
even timeless death ends soon.
Though freedom comes from giving love,
and prison comes with hate,
something worse shall come to those
who only sit and wait.
Here lies Someone, buried deep
among the rocks and stones,
but still his mortal flesh remains.
It cannot leave his bones.
For Someone's life was free of love
as well as free from pain.
A life not lived cannot be lost,
and he shall rise again.
