I'm living a story
A short story
Not one of those fairy tales
But one of tragedy

Sad songs catch me
But I hate sad stories
I've already seen too many
Yet I'm living one

No matter what I try
I can't make things better
It's like I'm following a path
Predetermined by the writer

I hate this writer
The storyline is too linear
No excitement, just sadness
But it's better to get it over with

I keep going on, living on
Living this Romeo and Juliet story
Not fictional, but real life
With real people, real pain

Unfortunately, it is real
I can't take the easy way out
Real life isn't that easy
The effects are too tremendous

To me, real or fiction, it's no different
I must live on until the writer ends this
This torture that's hurting everyone
One of those tragic stories...
