A Love Poem

Isn’t it amazing?

How one can fall in and out of love?

There are those that last for some time,

And some that only last a few weeks,

Then there’s those that lasts years…

Our love was for only one and a half years.

Then you left,

I went in my own direction,

But our paths crossed too many times,

I couldn’t forget you.

Then one day you left,

So suddenly,

No phone calls, letters, notes…

And now it’s been a year,

And I can’t forget you

It’s impossible.

You haunt me

            My thoughts, dreams and life.

I can’t forget,

            Help me,

I can’t live my life like this,

Think about you so much…

            … …

I love you,

There I said it.

I’m still in love with you,

I need you,

            I can’t live without you

I think you’re my soul mate

Though I don’t believe in such things.

My angel,

My crazy idiot,

I love you…

A/N: Long distance relationships… all the pain of it after it ends.

Flames ignored, criticism on the way I write taken into consideration depending on my mood, positive input appreciated, random ramblings are welcome.
