Eye to Eye

Bravely turning reverse to a heartless world,
Who's solitary gift was a vicious life,
Gripping a sword of shadow and gazing eyes,
Sipping your pint of ale with visions of end...

Grinning cryptically, you find to your liking,
A bitter taste of betrayal and vengeance,
An ambition unhoped by ones around you,
Has finally prevailed your vehement heart...

Throughout the age, your burning eyes of hatred,
Would regard my eyes of a simple desire,
One you would secretly wish for all along,
But refuse in hopes to save the world's esteem...

I've recalled the galore of struggles ago,
Realizing the true potency you wield,
The everlasting key somehow neglected,
Is here between us to unlock the threshold...

Spare to reckon all the power we handle,
Consider the supreme retaliation,
To a deserving world addressing with spite,
A world without need of contention again...

Now confound life is about to sweep the clouds,
Assuring our true fortune through time's portal,
The future gift of our collaboration,
Brings about the peril to the world around...
