Each Passing Day

I'm no longer afraid of the shadows
That haunt my eyes at night
And I'm happy when the thunder
Shakes the world with all it's might
I'll stand and wait on lightning
For hours upon hours
But I cower at the rain
In which i used to take my showers

When I walk through a crowded room

Someone's taken control and stayed
