Lost Soul
So many love spent on you
But little was retuned.
I wish I could forget your name
But it keeps resounding in my head.
My inconditional love for you
Has me buried in a sea of loss.
I prayed night and day for you
To perceive my soul.
p
Lost soul wandering around,
You ask yourself where are you now?
Where do you stand as a man?
Something I cannot answer
Look for yourself
Deep inside there's love shy of coming out
If it's mine, I wouldn't tell
Though I recognize you're a lost soul.
p
In me you have a friend.
For years to come, for years in end.
I'm opening up like a rose
Whose bloom has come to an end
I do not hate you for knowing
That all the time I was there.
