The Dangers of TV
I like to watch that glowing screen 'till the light fade away
But then my brain shuts off, and I realize that it's the end of the day
When I go to bed I try to remember what was one plus one
Was it eight? No, five! I think. Oh man, this isn't any fun
I went to sleep and dreamed I was sleeping in a chair
I suppose that's because my imagination was drained and wasn't there
When I woke I felt like my brain was made of fluff
And that it was filled with all kinds of useless stuff
So sometimes I try to get lost in a nice thick book
To avoid the evil, cold grip of that tube that grabs me like a hook
It is very easy
To get wrapped up in a TV
