An ocean of crimson,
A realm of fire.
A small pink scar,
A need so dire.
A small lit candle,
Purple blaze.
It's misty outside...
A smokey haze.
Sun makes leaves glow,
The clock continues to tick..
My friend is screaming,
About how her boyfriend is a prick.
A dried pink rose,
Scent not quite gone.
A quiet girl,
She doesn't belong.
A calendar to count the days,
Until school starts again.
Music to keep my sanity,
Another song will begin.
A notebook of black paper,
So many quotes written down.
Walls covered in poetry,
About girls wanting to drown.
Different personalities,
All belong to me.
Girl in the mirror, a stranger,
I'm what she never wanted to be.
A blank computer screen,
Friends all gone to hide.
I only have one question,
Can you see the depression inside?
