"Another Poem"

It's a way to express
The many emotions
I try to compress
When I see your face.

But even so; even as I try,
With you right there,
It's hard to put in words;
So very hard to bear.

My feelings seem out of control,
And they won't follow my mind.
Even so, I let them take their toll
And write this poem, another of its kind.
