Child of the Light
Prologue: The Prophecy
Who is the warrior, whose power comes as light?
Who is her challenger who draws upon the night?
The daughters shall meet, the two shall fight
Only one can live, the wrong, or the right
The one that shall triumph, that alone is unknown
But whomever does win, she shall earn her rightful throne
If the child of the light defeats the dark
Her symbol shall on the throne be marked
But if the dark should force out of light more bloodshed
Her mark will be carved to the throne instead
If day does win, the planet shall share much joy
But if night should snare the title, the world could well be destroyed
So unless he wants the world to explode
The Wanderer must invite the Seer to his humble abode
The poor fellow was cursed with the name of Peregrine
The Seer shall be called Sage, Cayin
These two alone are the Light Lady's two friends
But she must make more or meet a dastardly end
The Dark Lady shall stand alone and unshielded
Yet a country was destroyed when her weapon last was wielded
So take care, Lady of Light, follow this warning
For if it is ignored there might be no other morning
The Dark Lady and she will fight to the death
Only one shall remain to continue to draw breath
