No one will forget the day those twin towers came tumbling down.
White, Black or brown,
Every nation, every town,
Those who knew America will always mourn,
The day those towers came tumbling down.
Thousands lost their lives that day
On the 11th day of the 9th month, the year 2001.
An almighty cry was unleashed,
The day the towers fell,
Let no one forget this day and those who mourn,
Let their memory live on and on.
Husbands, wives, sons and daughters,
Families were torn apart the day the towers tumbled,
Maybe one day in the far-flung future everything will be as one.
No fighting, no harm can come of anyone?
But let them not forget the disaster, on that fateful day,
When America vowed revenge,
The day the towers tumbled,
The date 11/09/01.
