Crisp snowflakes float down from the auburn sky
I recall the years past
Images flying through my head
A brisk wind blows
My mind in a deep reverie
Memories awakening from their slumber
For their moment in the sun
Theres a stillness in time
And the world stops turning
The snowflakes freeze,unchanged
Glistening in the light
Sound is forgotten
And nothing seems the same
I suddenly awake from my dream
But only for an instant
Until the memories can take shape again
