Perfect

They all say
That I have to be perfect
Because I look smart, and am
But does that mean
That I have to do
Everything
And anything
That is right

Why should I be perfect
When no one else has to be?
Why, Why, Why?
That's all I have to say
On these people's stupidity
Though it bothers me much

So now
After a year of giving them pause
I am picking up again
Because of a new school
And a bribe at the end (nice car)
If I do well enough (4.0 4 years)
So I pick it up
And do what I should
For now...
