When you fall away from the pack

And they seem impossible to find

It isn’t possible that they turned their back,

You were just left behind.

When the light at the end goes out,

And you think that you’ve gone blind,

You try to scream but your voice won’t shout

You were just left behind.

When you struggle and always fail

And the whole world seems unkind,

All alone in the wind and hail,

You were just left behind.

When you think that there is nothing to live for

And that your hope has left your mind,

Don’t think that you’re alone anymore,

I’ll help you from behind.
