Author:
Aimee Raven PM
Oh, this is quite dark, I've rewritten it into a nicer version called Darkness...go see somewhere around #36...it's about being numb and lost in your life.

I'm falling again, collapsing,
Into the world you've made for me,
Where I can't feel a single thing,
But the pain from which I'll never be free.
Fallen a thousand times,
But never broken;
Committed a thousand crimes,
But never got the one token,
Of your love, of their hate,
What then, is my fate?
What am I here for?
To lie a thousand lies,
To live a million lives,
Is there nothing more to this?
My existence, my being,
Ensnared in darkness, killing
Me. Is this all there is?
Am I only alive to die?
Again and again,
Only to come alive and cry,
Knowing no one feels my pain.
Footsteps sound in the night,
Voices borne by the wind,
Will I ever be alright?
Hearing them behind,
In front, everywhere around,
How can I not scream?
This is a nightmare not dream,
I fall but never touch the ground.

AN: typical, the usual stuff. Well, another one off the top of my head so
if it's not perfect don't jump down my throat ok?
Love,
Twilight
