Ebony room
Lying in the deep dark night
On the ebony bed
Black liquorice candles surround
My fortress of pain
Bermudan black sand trickles
In the ebony hourglass
The crow stares at me with
Onyx eyes of despair
Black roses fill the fortresses
Ebony vases of fear
Staring at the grandfather clock, I
Ponder an eternal void
Mourning fills this ebony room
It surrounds me forever
Sunrise's bright rays are dulled
By the opaque curtains
My skin now turns black, almost to
The ebony rooms colour
My eyes fix on the demented black
Bermudan sand of time
The sunset's rays are not seen
Through the curtains of black
The only thing my eyes now see
Are the black cherry walls
But now, at this moment, nothing consumes me
But my dementia in this ebony room
