Meanwhile at the UN Headquarters the video feed was being put through to the big screen in the middle of the room. A figure, shrouded in shadow, appeared on the screen. "Gentlemen so good of you to except this message." Said the gruff voice of the dark figure. No one at there Knew who this figure was. "My name is The Bullet I am the most evil Crime lord this city has ever seen!" The Bullet told the UN delegates. "Mister Bullet, What is it you want?" asked the Scottish ambassador, surprisingly in perfect English. "Well, Mr haggis," The Bullet said sarcastically. "I have stolen, 4 nuclear missiles and each one is pointing at one of the worlds most powerful countries!" He continued "You Mean" "That's right, Mr Ambassador, England, Australia, Hungry and Romania all have my missiles pointing at them. And I will press the fire button. Unless you pay me 100 Billion Pounds." He threatened "I will require it by the Day of Thor in used notes. I will be in touch with the details." The Bullet said as the screen went blank. "Well that's a turn up for the books!" The French ambassador said in that very annoying accent. "Well let's take a vote for it." The Welsh Ambassador suggested. "Good idea." said the foreman of the UN, who just happened to be from England. "Raise your hand if you agree to give him the money." He continued. Every one did except the American Ambassador. He stood up and said. "Why should we care? America is not a target." "Mr Ambassador, if he blows up those 4 counties you will die of radiation!" Said the ambassador for New Zealand. "No we wont America is to powerful for that!" America's Ambassador replied. "Listen, mate, if the Bullet Blows up the 4 countries as promised the entire world will be destroyed! We must pay" the Welsh Ambassador told him. But the American ambassador just would not listen so the argument went on for two hours and in the end it was stopped by the foreman who was fed up with the stupidity of the American Ambassador made a ruling that all countries would pay and that was finale.
