The wind did howl
The world did mourn,
When Mr. McGary was unborn.
That's how to the people left behind,
It seemed as they looked for a holy sign
But to those with clearest eyes,
The world was viewed with a different mind.
The shadows allowed the poached birds back,
Under the shadows without fear of attack.
The rain did cause the plants to grow,
Unchecked by the stilled mower's mow.
The wind did spread the joyful cry
That wild things could now arrive
The world's fair creatures, long in fear
Could now move about without a tear.
Nature's bane was now encased
In the soil of the Earthworm's taste.
As humans we do seek domain
Over all that does remain
However, if one really knows
Nature in her way still goes
Forever more and ever bane
Of the human being thane
She is patient, wise and old,
And ever winning, time untold
From the humans everbold.
