My Gods, My Goddesses

Along white shores she walks.
Through the sky she flies at night.
The mountain which she stands upon so proud.
Such beauty she beholds over any man.

In the sun he sits.
Upon his shoulders holds the heavens.
Winged feet that guid him along.
Depths of the seat of which he watches.

Never before had I imgained
These fairy tale creatures
to be true.
But oh mighty Zeus knows
that they sure well do.

Never again shall I look upon the moon
without respect and awe.
I shall treat her plants with kindess
and creatures with care.
And when my time comes
for fate to bring me to Pluto's door,
I shall not fear of his judgement,
For even him I shall charm
with most respect a human has shown
for centuries.

I shall not fear what path he may chose
for me, wether it be River Styx,
or the Elysian Fields.
I know my lord, O' Zeus shall be there
to choose which way.

Mother Earth, I am your child,
and I shall mourn when you do too.
Artemis I am your partner,
Athene I wish I had the bravery
as you.

Apollo I shall love,
for he helped create our kind,
but I am also angry,
For not keeping us in line.

I pray to Hera, my lovely queen,
that I may join her upon her throne.
As a sister or daughter,
one to love.
