Author's Note: Reworked May 2007. It’s overdue. I pretty much reread some of these lines behind the shield of my hand in that Oi, I Can’t Believe I Wrote That mode. ;) Pulling this back up, I found I could better articulate and expound what I wanted. I do hope it’s better. I think it works better as a poem now. The previous version, as my fellow poet said in his review, reminded me of Linkin' Park too, looking back. That cracks me up a bit.
