Moving Season

Setting: Apartment

((Caitlin and Sam are sitting on the sofa watching television, Christina sits at the table reading the newspaper. Liz is lying on her back, staring at the ceiling lost in Lizland.))

TV: In other news, its moving time again! July first is only two weeks away.

Sam: Oh, shit! I forgot about that, we better send the landlord another pic of Caitlin and a fruit basket if we want to keep our apartment for another year.

Caitlin: Heeey!

Christina: Relax, I took care of that already. He said that if we stay out of trouble we can keep the place.

Caitlin: Uh-oh É

Sam: What did you do?

Two weeks later É

Liz: IÕve been through the whole newspaper, there isnÕt a place open in all of Montreal! WeÕd be better off buying a house.

Sam: ThatÕs it!

Liz: WhatÕs what?

Christina: WeÕll buy a house! These days a house costs the same as renting an apartment.

((Caitlin bursts into the room))
