All this waiting

Inside of me

Waiting, crouching

A caged tiger of longing

Angry words unsaid

Waiting, always waiting

Forever, perhaps?

And sometimes I can hardly bear it

The waiting

Wanting to rage fiery

For the ellipsoidal sentences

For being pushed out of mind

And waiting

For what?

Something that was and is

But all is silent

Admittance your choice

And I am waiting, waiting still.

Waiting

Tired and restlessly

I’m weary of all this waiting

So face me

And end my waiting

The long, dark waiting

Or my waiting will take on another form.
