The setting sun sets the sky afire,
Brilliant reds and purples dancing
The colored leaves paint the ground
I close my eyes to hear the sound
A single leaf falls on my lap,
Birds in the distance sing their song
The sounds of peace float in the air
As the soft wind plays with my hair
Have you ever stopped, and listened
To what nature has to say
Have you ever stopped to embrace,
All the little things in life
We always chase the big things,
The others we pass by
So stop and listen, to what nature has to say
