The love of my life gone
But why do you ask
Because of my stupidity
Listening to you

He was everything to me
He was my life
My reason for being
And you took him away

You don't know him
You don't know me
You only think you do
Mother, he was good to me

Yes, he is much older
And more experienced
But he was mine
I may never have him back

In the midst of my anger I got into "the circle"
Drugs and alcohol, no one knows but me
I keep it inside, afraid to let it out
Afraid of you

I didn't mean to hurt him
I swear I would never hurt you
Give me one more chance to prove myself to you
I am yours body and soul
