d Z Z Z Y

I’m dizzy with laughter

And drunken with passion

I’m waiting for the parade

Of unearthly fashion.

My deck’s missing some

Cards

That cut my hand.

Hands bleed while the whirlpools spin

These eyes see not; there’s too much sin.

Delicious sin

Blinded by brightness

desiring only the dark

solitude of a walk

In the park.

So if you still want me

If you think I’m still here

If there’s kindness to grant me

If there’s something you fear

Don’t wait for the freedom

Inherent in sleep

Just leave a message

After the beep.
