Faith Destroyer
Hurling through the cold of space
And grinning as the chill destroys your face ...
Letting all of Hell break loose
And feel the demons sink their teeth in you ...
You wonder why things went so wrong
You just gave up
The walls have broken down
You don't need to hang around ...
Running through the rifts of time
And waiting for the blackened sun to shine ...
Screaming at the ones you love
Their tears fall as you leave them all behind ...
You often cry because you feel it's right
You don't know why
But someday you will fly
And the ghosts won't let you die.
They know more than you'll ever dream of
All your sin they see ...
Everytime you flee ...
One day you will fall.

Author's note: I adore constructive criticism, but pointless flames are used to light my proverbial cigarettes. I know that I'm not dear Edgar Allan; thank you very much. I hope that you enjoyed. If not, I apologize for wasting half a minute of your life. If I have poisioned your mind so terribly with that poem, please email me. I'll be happy to supply you with some sugar-coated souless crap by way of an antidote.
Love and angst,
Vivica
